Depending on the system, battens may be installed to secure the tiles.  

The layout is carefully planned for alignment and water flow.  

3. Tile Installation  

Tiles are laid row by row, fastened according to code and manufacturer requirements.  

Special cuts are made for hips, ridges, and valleys for a seamless fit.  

4. Flashing and Sealing  

Flashing is installed around chimneys, vents, skylights, and valleys.  

Ridge tiles and caps are sealed to lock out water intrusion.  

5. Finishing Touches  

Details are checked to ensure the roof is secure and visually consistent.
